Nu söker vi en utbildare till vår arbetsmarknadsutbildning i Västerås Hos oss får du chansen att dela med dig av din kunskap och erfarenhet till personer som vill ta nästa steg i karriären. Utbildningen är framtagen i samarbete med Arbetsförmedlingen och ger deltagarna eftertraktade kompetenser inom fordonsskadereparation – en bransch med stor efterfrågan på arbetskraft. Om tjänstenSom utbildare ansvarar du för att planera, genomföra och följa upp undervisningen tillsammans med dina kollegor. Du vägleder deltagarna både praktiskt och teoretiskt inom exempelvis: planera och utföra service och reparationsarbete på fordon utifrån tillverkarens anvisningar samt med hänsyn till relevanta regelverk och aktuella säkerhets- och arbetsmiljökrav. välja och använda relevanta verktyg och metoder vid service och reparationer av fordonets chassi, drivlina, hjulupphängning, bromsar och elsystem. kommunicera service- och reparationsarbeten med kund, hantera rapporterings- och uppföljningssystem samt använda instruktioner och anvisningar på såväl svenska som engelska vid service- och reparationsarbeten.

Du undervisar både i grupp och individuellt, och anpassar utbildningen utifrån deltagarnas behov och förutsättningar. Vi söker dig som: Har minst 5 års dokumenterad yrkeserfarenhet från fordonsmekanik med tunga fordon(lastbil- buss-maskin) Trivs i en pedagogisk roll och tycker om att hjälpa andra utvecklas Är trygg med att leda grupper och planera utbildningsmoment Har god kommunikativ förmåga i svenska, både i tal och skrift Har B-körkort

Meriterande är om du har arbetat som handledare, arbetsledare eller utbildare tidigare – men det viktigaste är att du vill dela med dig av din kunskap. Vi erbjuder I första hand heltidsjobb men vi söker även timanställd/deltid om du tex är en pensionär med rätt erfarenhet som vill jobba timmar
