Vill du arbeta i en verksamhet som kombinerar samhällsnytta med långsiktig fastighetsutveckling? Vi söker nu en erfaren Projektcontroller som vill ta en central roll i uppföljningen av bolagets investerings- och fastighetsprojekt. Här får du möjlighet att arbeta nära verksamheten och bidra till att skapa hållbara bostäder för framtiden. Om rollen Som Projektcontroller rapporterar du direkt till ekonomichefen och blir en viktig del av ekonomiavdelningen, som består av sex erfarna och engagerade medarbetare. Rollen har ett särskilt fokus på bolagets fastighetsprojekt och investeringar inom renovering, underhåll och nyproduktion. Du arbetar nära förvaltning, drift och fastighetsutveckling och fungerar som ett kvalificerat ekonomiskt stöd till chefer och projektledare. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen ansvarar du bland annat för att:

Arbeta med budget-, prognos- och uppföljningsprocesser

Säkerställa ekonomisk uppföljning av investerings- och fastighetsprojekt

Ta fram och kvalitetssäkra investeringskalkyler

Följa upp projektkostnader och prognoser

Säkerställa korrekt redovisningsmässig hantering av investeringar i resultat- och balansräkning

Hantera aktiveringar i anläggningsregister samt bedömningar av investering kontra underhåll

Ta fram rapporter och beslutsunderlag till ledning och styrelse

Delta i månads-, tertial- och årsbokslut

Genomföra nyckeltals- och verksamhetsanalyser

Stödja organisationens chefer och medarbetare i ekonomiska frågor

Delta i systemförvaltning av bolagets uppföljnings- och analyssystem samt delar av fastighetssystemet

Vi söker dig som Har en högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi eller annan relevant eftergymnasial utbildning. Det viktigaste är dock att du har gedigen erfarenhet av ekonomisk uppföljning inom fastighetssektorn och är van att arbeta självständigt. Kvalifikationer Flerårig erfarenhet av controlling inom fastighetsbolag

Erfarenhet av bostadsfastigheter

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av projekt- eller fastighetscontrolling med fokus på investeringar

God vana av investeringskalkyler och projektuppföljning

Erfarenhet av aktivering i anläggningsregister

God förståelse för hur investeringar påverkar resultat- och balansräkning

Kunskap inom fastighetsekonomi, redovisning och momsfrågor

Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel

God systemvana
