Beskrivning Vi söker nu en erfaren och engagerad Team Leader till ett konsultuppdrag inom produktionskritisk IT-support i en tekniskt avancerad och verksamhetsnära miljö. Rollen innebär ett övergripande ansvar för att leda och koordinera ett supportteam som arbetar tätt tillsammans med produktion och engineering för att säkerställa stabil drift och hög tillgänglighet i affärs- och produktionskritiska IT-system. Uppdraget passar dig som trivs i en dynamisk miljö där struktur, samarbete och snabb problemlösning är avgörande för verksamheten. Arbetsuppgifter Som Team Leader ansvarar du för den dagliga koordineringen av supportteamets arbete och fungerar som en central kontaktpunkt mellan verksamheten, produktionen och IT. Du säkerställer att supportärenden och incidenter hanteras effektivt för att minimera påverkan på produktionen och bidra till stabil drift. Rollen innebär även ett nära samarbete med engineering och andra intressenter för att utveckla och förbättra processer, arbetssätt och supportfunktioner. Du arbetar aktivt med uppföljning av KPI:er, supportstatistik och förbättringsinitiativ samt översätter verksamhetens behov till tydliga tekniska krav och lösningar. Kvalifikationer Erfarenhet inom IT-support, IT-drift eller liknande teknisk miljö

Förståelse för produktionsprocesser, gärna inom tillverkande industri

Erfarenhet av ledarskap, koordinering eller stakeholder management

God kommunikativ förmåga och vana att samarbeta med både verksamhet och IT

Erfarenhet av produktionskritiska miljöer

Strukturerat och analytiskt arbetssätt

Förmåga att arbeta proaktivt och hantera incidenter på ett lugnt och effektivt sätt

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
