Vi söker nu serviceinriktade och ansvarstagande personer som är intresserade av att arbeta extra inom kundtjänst och administration hos en av våra kunder. Detta är en intresseannons för kommande behov, där arbetstider och omfattning kan variera. Uppdraget passar dig som exempelvis studerar eller har en annan huvudsaklig sysselsättning på minst 50 % och vill kombinera detta med ett flexibelt extraarbete. Om tjänsten I rollen arbetar du med kundservice och administrativa arbetsuppgifter. Du kommer att ha kontakt med kunder via telefon och hjälpa till med olika typer av frågor och ärenden. Arbetet innebär även att hantera information och ärenden i olika system, vilket ställer krav på att du är noggrann, lättlärd och har en god systemvana. Arbetet sker vid behov, vilket innebär att omfattningen kan variera från vecka till vecka. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som:

Har en annan huvudsaklig sysselsättning på minst 50 %, exempelvis studier eller annat arbete.

Är bekväm med att kommunicera och hjälpa kunder via telefon.

Har god dator- och systemvana och lätt för att lära dig nya system.

Kommunicerar väl på svenska i både tal och skrift.

Är serviceinriktad, ansvarstagande och flexibel.

Är trygg i dig själv och har skinn på näsan, vilket gör att du kan hantera olika typer av kunder och situationer på ett professionellt sätt.

Trivs med att arbeta både administrativt och kundorienterat.
