Vi söker en administrativ assistent för extrajobb hos vår kund inom IT-sektorn. Uppdraget utförs helt remote och innebär att stötta verksamheten med administrativa uppgifter i det dagliga arbetet. Tjänsten passar dig som studerar, har en annan deltidsanställning eller söker ett flexibelt extrajobb där du kan arbeta självständigt och strukturerat hemifrån. Arbetsuppgifter: Hantering av inkommande e-post och enklare korrespondens Uppdatering av dokument, register och administrativa system Bokning av möten samt stöd vid planering och koordinering Stöd till teamet med löpande administrativa uppgifter

Kvalifikationer: Vi söker dig som är noggrann, strukturerad och ansvarstagande. Du har god datorvana, arbetar självständigt och uttrycker dig tydligt i skrift. Du behöver kunna kommunicera på svenska eller engelska.
