Vi söker dig som är en positiv, engagerad och serviceinriktad person som vill vara med och stötta våra kunder vid behov. Detta är ett extrajobb, under kontorstider, som passar bra till sidan av dina studier. Det kommer även finnas arbetsmöjligheter under sommaren. I rollen kommer du att täcka upp för ordinarie personal vid frånvaro och bidra till en väl fungerande arbetsmiljö. Vanliga roller inkluderar receptionist, Office Coordinator och kontorsadministratör.

Vi söker dig som:

Är strukturerad och har ett öga för detaljer, med förmåga att hålla arbetsmiljön snygg och inbjudande

Är ordningsam och noggrann i ditt arbete

Har en lösningsorienterad attityd och kan hantera olika situationer på ett yrkesmässigt professionellt vis

Välkomna och assistera besökare

Hantera inkommande samtal och e-post

Ta emot post och leveranser

Sköta underhåll av konferensrum och kontorsmail

Stötta med administrativa uppgifter vid behov

Säkerställa ordning och reda i kontorslandskap och reception

Kvalifikationer:

Utmärkta kommunikationsfärdigheter på både svenska och engelska

Erfarenhet av att arbeta med e-post och telefonkommunikation

Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams och Outlook)

Tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice eller receptionistarbete är meriterande, men inte ett krav

Information om tjänsten: Du kommer att vara anställd hos oss på Joyweek men agera som konsult, vid behov, ute hos våra kundföretag. Som konsult på Joyweek kommer du att ha regelbunden och stödjande kontakt med din konsultchef samt kontaktperson ute hos kundföretaget. Om Joyweek Joyweek är en helhetsleverantör inom mjuka facility management-tjänster. Vi skapar glädjefyllda, hållbara kontor & fastigheter där människor trivs, presterar och vill stanna kvar. Med kontor i Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Linköping, Östersund, Karlstad, Härnösand, Bräcke och Oslo är vi cirka 300 medarbetare som tillsammans skapar de bästa förutsättningarna för över 2 350 kunder i Norden.
