Vi söker nu en erfaren anestesisjuksköterska till sjukhusverksamhet i Mölndal. Det här är ett uppdrag för dig som är trygg i din specialistkompetens, van vid anestesiologisk vård och uppskattar en roll där kliniskt omdöme, precision och patientsäkerhet står i centrum. Ideal Bemanning är specialiserade på bemanning inom vård och samarbetar med specialistsjuksköterskor på uppdrag runt om i Sverige. Om uppdraget Som anestesisjuksköterska blir du en viktig del av det perioperativa teamet och arbetar med sedvanliga arbetsuppgifter inom anestesisjukvård. Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat innefatta: Förberedelse och planering inför anestesi Anestesiologisk omvårdnad före, under och efter ingrepp Övervakning och bedömning av patientens vitala funktioner Läkemedelshantering och medicinteknisk utrustning Akuta bedömningar och åtgärder vid behov Dokumentation enligt verksamhetens rutiner Nära samarbete med anestesiolog, operationssjuksköterska och övriga professioner

För dig med rätt specialistkompetens Vi söker dig som: Är legitimerad sjuksköterska Har specialistutbildning inom anestesisjukvård Har aktuell och relevant erfarenhet som anestesisjuksköterska Är trygg och självständig i din specialistroll Kan agera strukturerat även när tempot är högt Har stort fokus på kvalitet och patientsäkerhet Har god samarbetsförmåga Behärskar svenska väl i tal och skrift
