Vi söker nu en erfaren distriktssköterska till ett konsultuppdrag i Lerum. Ideal Bemanning är specialiserade på bemanning inom vård och samarbetar med erfarna sjuksköterskor på uppdrag runt om i Sverige. Om uppdraget Som distriktssköterska arbetar du självständigt med bedömning, planering och uppföljning av patienters vårdbehov. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med andra professioner och ställer höga krav på struktur och förmågan att göra självständiga kliniska bedömningar. Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat innefatta: Självständiga medicinska bedömningar Planering och uppföljning av vårdinsatser Läkemedelshantering Provtagning och sårvård Rådgivning och patientinformation Dokumentation enligt verksamhetens rutiner Samverkan med läkare och övriga professioner

Vi söker en distriktssköterska som Är legitimerad sjuksköterska Har specialistutbildning till distriktssköterska Har aktuell och relevant erfarenhet inom området Är trygg med självständiga kliniska bedömningar Har god förmåga att planera och prioritera arbetet Har ett professionellt och tryggt bemötande Har god samarbetsförmåga Behärskar svenska väl i tal och skrift

Din erfarenhet ska värdesättas Som erfaren distriktssköterska har du en efterfrågad kompetens och en viktig roll i att skapa trygg och kontinuerlig vård.
