Vi söker en erfaren distriktssköterska till arbete inom primärvården. Tjänsten passar dig som uppskattar varierande patientmöten, självständiga bedömningar och nära samarbete med kollegor. Oavsett om du redan arbetar som konsult eller idag har en vanlig anställning är du välkommen att söka. Det viktiga är din erfarenhet och att du känner dig trygg i rollen på vårdcentral. Om tjänsten Arbetet består av sedvanliga arbetsuppgifter på vårdcentral med fokus på: Telefonrådgivning Mottagningsarbete Självständiga bedömningar och rådgivning Omvårdnad och uppföljning Dokumentation Nära samarbete med övriga professioner

God samarbetsförmåga är viktig då arbetet sker i nära samverkan med kollegor inom primärvården. Vi söker dig som Är legitimerad sjuksköterska med specialistutbildning till distriktssköterska Har relevant erfarenhet från vårdcentral eller primärvård Är trygg med telefonrådgivning och mottagningsarbete Kan arbeta självständigt och göra kliniska bedömningar Har god samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga Arbetar strukturerat och patientsäkert
