Är du legitimerad sjuksköterska och trivs med självständigt arbete, nära patientkontakt och stort eget ansvar? Vi söker en erfaren sjuksköterska till hemsjukvård, vård- och omsorgsboende samt LSS. Rollen passar dig som uppskattar variation och vill arbeta nära både patienter, närstående och andra professioner. Oavsett om du redan arbetar som konsult eller idag har en vanlig anställning är du välkommen att söka. Det viktiga är din erfarenhet och att du känner dig trygg i din yrkesroll. Om tjänsten Du ansvarar för att planera, genomföra och följa upp omvårdnaden utifrån patientens individuella behov. Arbetet innefattar bland annat: Kliniska bedömningar och läkemedelshantering Planering och uppföljning av omvårdnadsinsatser Kontakt med patienter och närstående Samarbete och handledning av omsorgspersonal Dokumentation och vårdplanering

Tjänstgöringen omfattar kvällar och helger, med en sysselsättningsgrad på 75–100 %. Vi söker dig som Är legitimerad sjuksköterska Har relevant klinisk erfarenhet Är trygg med självständiga bedömningar Arbetar strukturerat och patientsäkert Har god samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga

Erfarenhet från hemsjukvård, kommunal vård, VÅBO eller LSS är meriterande.
