Arbetsledare / Förman till Linköping DITT NYA ARBETE I rollen som arbetsledare/förman ansvarar du för att på ett kundfokuserat, ekonomiskt och kvalitetsmässigt sätt samordna och säkerställa att vår skötselgrupp fungerar optimalt. Kunden i fokus, men även internt ska arbetet fungera väl. Huvudansvaret är att arbetsleda och fördela dagliga arbetet för ett antal medarbetare inom arbetsgruppen, i enlighet med lagar, avtal och bolagets policy/riktlinjer/rutiner. Samt att vara produktionschefens högra hand där god kommunikation ställs som ett högt krav. Anställningen är tillsvidareanställning med provanställning, heltid och lön enligt kollektivavtal.  Under vintermånaderna kommer du att ingå i snöberedskapen. Anställningen är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid med start snarast, med hänsyn till uppsägningstid. Du kommer att vara placerad i Linköping. DIN BAKGRUND Vi söker dig med erfarenhet inom mark- och trädgårdsskötsel. Du har genomgått trädgårdsutbildning alternativt skaffat dig likvärdiga kunskaper via andra utbildningar eller erfarenhet. Erfarenhet av arbetsledande uppgifter är det meriterande. Grundläggande datorvana, B-körkort samt att du talar svenska, flytande i tal och skrift, är ett krav. VEM ÄR DU Som person är du ansvarstagande, lyhörd, positiv, drivande och en god kommunikatör.
