Sedan 1973 har Prido byggt en stark position på den svenska marknaden för industriportar. Nu söker vi en försäljningschef som vill vara med och utveckla vår försäljning och stärka vår marknadsposition ytterligare. Prido AB utvecklar och tillverkar industriportar i vår moderna och högautomatiserade anläggning i Tråvad. Våra portlösningar säljs till kunder inom bland annat bygg, industri, fastighet och lantbruk. Vi är idag Europas största tillverkare av vikportar och ett lönsamt och växande industriföretag med höga ambitioner för vår fortsatta utveckling i Norden. Hos oss är beslutsvägarna korta och möjligheten att påverka stor. Som försäljningschef får du ett övergripande ansvar för att leda och utveckla vår försäljningsorganisation och för att våra försäljningsmål och strategier omsätts i praktiken. Du arbetar nära VD och övriga delar av verksamheten och ansvarar bland annat för säljledning, uppföljning och resultat. I rollen ingår även personalansvar för försäljningsorganisationen. Det här är samtidigt inte en renodlad chefsroll. Vi söker dig som är en driven och affärsmässig säljare och som trivs med kombinationen av att leda andra och själv vara aktiv i försäljningen. Du har eget försäljningsmål och eget kundansvar och arbetar operativt med såväl befintliga kunder som nykundsbearbetning. Du har erfarenhet av försäljning och ett tydligt resultatfokus, samtidigt som du har förmågan att skapa struktur, engagemang och utveckling i ett säljteam. Försäljningen på Prido är teknisk och många av våra affärer och projekt kräver förståelse för byggtekniska förutsättningar. Erfarenhet från byggbranschen, industrin eller annan närliggande teknisk verksamhet är meriterande. Du behärskar svenska och engelska väl i både tal och skrift och har god IT-vana.
