Försäljningschef till växande bilhall Aura Personal söker nu, på uppdrag av vår kund, en driven och engagerad försäljningschef till en växande bilhandlare. Här får du en viktig roll där du ansvarar för försäljningen ute i bilhallen och leder teamet mot gemensamma mål. Vi söker dig som brinner för försäljning, gillar att arbeta med människor och har förmågan att skapa både resultat och god stämning i gruppen. Som försäljningschef kommer du att vara en naturlig ledare i det dagliga arbetet. Du motiverar och coachar säljarna, ser till att gruppen arbetar tillsammans och skapar en positiv energi som märks både bland kollegor och kunder. Vi tror att framgång byggs genom lagarbete, tydligt ledarskap och en stark vilja att hela tiden utvecklas. Du är en person som gillar att ta ansvar och som trivs i en miljö där tempot stundtals är högt. Samtidigt är du prestigelös och förstår vikten av att vara en del av teamet. Du ska kunna styra gruppen mot uppsatta mål, följa upp resultat och inspirera andra till att alltid ge sitt bästa. För vår kund är det lika viktigt att du bidrar med en positiv kultur och god sammanhållning som att du driver försäljningen framåt. Vi söker dig som:

Har tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning, gärna inom bilbranschen

Har arbetat i en ledande roll eller har naturliga ledaregenskaper

Är målmedveten och driven av att skapa resultat

Är en lagspelare som bidrar med positiv energi

Har förmåga att coacha och motivera andra

Är strukturerad och ansvarstagande

Trivs i ett högt arbetstempo och gillar kundkontakt

Har god kommunikativ förmåga

Innehar B-körkort

Tidigare erfarenheter:

Erfarenhet av försäljning i butik, bilhall eller liknande miljö

Erfarenhet av att arbeta mot budget och uppsatta mål

Erfarenhet av personalansvar eller teamledning är meriterande

Erfarenhet av kundservice och relationsbyggande arbete
