Vår förskola Vår förskola har tre åldersindelade grupper. På Villa Villekulla finns 1-2-åringar, på Lönneberga finns 3-4-åringar och på Bullerbyn finns 5-åringar. 5-årsgruppen skapar en unik möjlighet för en trygg och naturlig övergång till förskoleklass och skola. Miljön, materialet och verksamheten anpassas i takt med att barnen växer och utvecklas. På så sätt ställs barn och pedagoger ständigt inför nya och spännande utmaningar i nya lärmiljöer. Vi sätter stort värde på personaltätheten och våra små barngrupper. Dina arbetsuppgifter Du kommer tillsammans med övriga pedagoger på förskolan att utveckla, driva och genomföra förskolans uppdrag utifrån våra styrdokument och med vår vision i sikte. Som förskollärare har du unika möjligheter att påverka barns utveckling och lärande. I rollen ingår planering, uppföljning och dokumentation av arbetet. En viktig uppgift är att skapa inspirerande och utmanande lärandemiljöer på förskolan. Som förskollärare ansvarar du för förskolans pedagogiska innehåll och arbetar med att främja varje barns utveckling och lärande. I ditt ansvar ligger att skapa goda relationer till barn, föräldrar och kollegor. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som är utbildad förskollärare. I rollen som förskollärare är du empatisk, utåtriktad och har god förmåga att skapa kontakt och underhålla relationer. Vi ser att du har lätt för att anpassa dig till ändrade omständigheter och snabbt kan ändra ditt förhållningssätt utifrån situation och behov. Du tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och driver processer i arbetslaget tillsammans med dina kollegor. Vidare har du förmågan att leda och motivera andra i arbetsgruppen mot gemensamma mål och kan skapa engagemang och delaktighet. Varmt välkommen med din ansökan snarast.
