Om oss Förskolan Älgen är ett väl etablerat kooperativ beläget i Umeå på Marieberg. Vi brinner för att skapa en trygg, rolig och lärorik miljö för barnen där kvalitet står i centrum. Din roll Som förskollärare/barnskötare hos oss är du en viktig del av arbetslaget. Du deltar aktivt i den dagliga undervisningen och bidrar till att skapa en stimulerande miljö utifrån barnens behov och intressen. Dina huvudsakliga uppdrag inkluderar: Att tillsammans med kollegor planera, genomföra och dokumentera det pedagogiska arbetet. Att vara en trygg famn och en inspirerande förebild i barnens lek och lärande. Att aktivt bidra till vårt systematiska kvalitetsarbete (SKA) genom reflektion och analys för att ständigt utveckla vår verksamhet.

Vi söker dig som: Är utbildad förskollärare /barnskötare med erfarenhet av arbete i förskola. Är väl förtrogen med förskolans läroplan och vet hur målen omsätts i praktiken. Har god kunskap om skollagen och dess krav på utbildningens innehåll och barnens trygghet. Är van vid att arbeta med SKA och ser värdet i att systematiskt följa upp och utvärdera arbetet för att nå högre kvalitet. Trivs med det ansvar det innebär att arbeta i ett kooperativ, där samarbete och eget driv är nyckeln till framgång. Goda kunskaper i svenska språket i tal och skrift. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet.
