ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi söker dig, en positiv, flexibel och engagerad förskollärare med ett pedagogiskt synsätt. En förskollärare som förenar professionell omsorg med undervisning tillsammans med förskollärare och barnskötare i arbetslaget. Ditt arbete präglas av en tydlig respekt för individen, en bra relation till barn, vårdnadshavare och kollegor.

Som förskollärare arbetar du utifrån aktuella styrdokument, planerar, genomför, dokumenterar och utvecklar den pedagogiska verksamheten tillsammans med övriga i arbetslaget. Med läroplanen som bas väljer du metod, innehåll och bemötande utifrån varje barns kunskaper, erfarenheter och specifika förutsättningar. Du arbetar för att skapa en trygg, lärorik och inspirerande förskola. Ditt arbete präglas av en tydlig respekt för individen samt en bra relation till barn, vårdnadshavare och kollegor.

KVALIFIKATIONER Krav på arbetslivserfarenhet: Erfarenhet är en fördel.

Du har ett lösningsinriktat förhållningssätt och trivs med att arbeta både enskilt och i grupp. Du ser det lilla i det stora. Det viktigaste för oss är att du har barnet i fokus, är lekfull och tar ansvar för din del samtidigt som du kan se till helheten i ditt arbete med såväl förskola och fritidshem.

Din förmåga att kunna samarbeta med andra är betydelsefull.

Du är trygg i din roll som ledare och med din positivitet, kreativitet och ditt engagemang bidrar du till att utveckla verksamheten och skapa en förskola och ett fritidshem där barnen får växa, leka och lära i en stimulerande miljö

Du har goda kunskaper kring lärmiljöer, pedagogisk dokumentation och digitalisering.

Förutom dina teoretiska och praktiska kunskaper lägger vi stor vikt vid din personliga lämplighet.
