Beskrivning Visby kyrkogårds – och fastighetsförvaltning förvaltar Visby domkyrkoförsamlings kyrkogårdar och församlingens samtliga fastigheter. Vi söker en förvaltningsassistent som tillsammans med en kollega ansvarar för att stödja förvaltningens verksamhet. Arbetsuppgifter Vi söker dig som vill ha ett omväxlande och roligt arbete. Du kommer att ha mycket telefonkontakter och kundbesök på expeditionen. I huvudsak består dina arbetsuppgifter i gravboks- och gravskötseladministration, fastighetsadministration, kontering, diarium och arkiv samt allmänna kontorsgöromål. Även viss personaladministration ingår. Du kommer också vara ett viktigt stöd till kyrkogårds- och fastighetschefen, kyrkogårdsingenjör, arbetsledare och krematoriet. Kvalifikationer Du bör ha minst gymnasial utbildning, exempelvis från ekonomisk-, eller handels- och administrationsprogrammet. Du ska ha erfarenhet av administrativt arbete och tycker om att ha ordning och reda. Arbetet är skiftande och innebär att du behöver hålla reda på flera saker samtidigt, därför behöver du vara flexibel. Arbetet ställer krav på att du är serviceinriktad, noggrann, lyhörd och utåtriktad. Det är viktigt att du har lätt för att samarbeta samtidigt som du kan arbeta självständigt. Det är en fördel om du har lätt att sätta dig in i olika datasystem. Vi arbetar i Microsoft 365-miljö så är du insatt i det är ett plus i kanten. Vi kommer lägga stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper. Övrigt Vi sitter i trevliga lokaler vid södra och östra kyrkogården i Visby och är ett glatt gäng som både gillar att jobba och värnar om att ha en god och trevlig arbetsmiljö.
