Vi söker nu en faktureringsekonom till ett snabbväxande techbolag i Linköping! Trivs du i en dynamisk miljö där du får ta ansvar, lära dig mycket och vara en viktig del av ett nordiskt Shared Service Center? Då kan detta vara rollen för dig. I rollen som faktureringsekonom hanterar kundreskontra och fakturering för flera europeiska bolag med stort fokus på det svenska bolaget. Du blir en del av ett team på sju personer och rapporterar till processägaren. Rollen är bred, utvecklande och passar dig som gillar förbättringsarbete.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter Kundärendehantering i stora flöden Fakturering, ställa ut fakturor till kund krediteringar Uppdatering av kunduppgifter Hantera kundmasterdata Kundkontakt och besvara fakturafrågor

Du arbetar i moderna systemmiljöer med bland annat Younium (faktureringssystem), NetSuite (ERP) och Salesforce. Din bakgrund, erfarenhet och kompetens Vi letar efter dig som är kommunikativ, serviceinriktad och trivs i en miljö där allt inte alltid är färdigt, tydligt eller förutsägbart. Du gillar att ta ansvar för ditt eget lärande och är inte rädd för att ställa frågor, testa dig fram och hitta lösningar. Vi tror att du är:

Nyutexaminerad inom ekonomi och/eller har några års erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter

Noggrann, självgående och initiativtagande

Trygg i kundkontakt och bra på att förstå vad kunden egentligen frågar efter

Stresstålig och bekväm med stora flöden

Nyfiken på att lära dig komplexa system och processer

Prestigelös och trivs i ett team där man hjälper varandra

Du erbjuds Som faktureringsekonom får du en central roll i en internationell SaaS‑koncern. Du blir en del av ett engagerat team där det finns gott om utrymme att växa. Detta är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid med start omgående som förväntas löpa ett år. Du kommer vara placerad i kundens trevliga lokaler i centrala Linköping.
