Om arbetsplatsen Ersta diakoni är Sveriges största idéburna aktör inom vård och omsorg. Vi bedriver sjukvård, socialt arbete, forskning och utbildning, professionellt och utan vinstsyfte. Ersta fastigheter omfattar cirka 40 000 kvadratmeter byggnadsyta. Vår fastighetsorganisation ansvarar för drift, underhåll och utveckling av våra fastigheter, däribland sjukhusbyggnader med högspecialiserade lokaler för exempelvis operation och röntgen. Att vi är en integrerad del av verksamheten ger oss en nära dialog med dem som använder våra fastigheter. Vi har korta beslutsvägar och samarbetar nära över organisatoriska gränser. Om rollen Som fastighetsförvaltare med områdesansvar har du det övergripande ansvaret för Erstaklippan, där bland annat Ersta sjukhus ingår. Rollen kombinerar fastighetsförvaltning och byggprojektledning med en nära dialog med sjukhusets verksamheter samt interna och externa hyresgäster. Du arbetar långsiktigt med att utveckla fastigheterna utifrån verksamheternas behov och driver byggprojekt, lokalanpassningar och investeringar från behovsanalys och förstudie till genomförande, slutbesiktning och överlämning. I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

vara huvudkontakt för sjukhusets verksamhetsansvariga och hyresgäster i frågor som rör fastighetsförvaltning, drift och utveckling

planera och leda ombyggnadsprojekt, lokalanpassningar och investeringsprojekt samt agera beställarrepresentant genom projektprocessen

upphandla och styra konsulter, entreprenörer och leverantörer

ansvara för projektbudgetar, prognoser och ekonomisk uppföljning

driva arbetet med planerat underhåll och långsiktig fastighetsutveckling

bygga långsiktiga relationer och fånga upp verksamheternas behov av lokaler och fastighetsutveckling.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som trivs i gränslandet mellan fastighetsförvaltning, projektledning och verksamhetsutveckling. Du har god förmåga att skapa förtroende och bygga långsiktiga relationer och tycker om att arbeta nära kunder och verksamhet. I rollen möter du många olika behov och perspektiv. Du behöver kunna förstå verksamhetens behov och samtidigt se till fastighetens långsiktiga utveckling, projektens förutsättningar och de ekonomiska ramarna. Du är trygg i dialogen med olika parter och har förmåga att driva frågor framåt och skapa samsyn kring lösningar. Du delar vår värdegrund om att se hela människan och våra värdeord professionalism, tillit och hopp. Din erfarenhet Vi söker dig som har:

akademisk utbildning inom bygg, fastighet, teknik, ekonomi eller motsvarande erfarenhet

flerårig erfarenhet av kvalificerad fastighetsförvaltning

erfarenhet av att leda byggprojekt, ombyggnationer eller verksamhetsanpassningar

god förståelse för investeringsprocesser, projektstyrning och ekonomisk uppföljning

erfarenhet av upphandling och samordning av konsulter och entreprenörer.
