Du måste ha körkort och ständig tillgång till en bil. Dina arbetsuppgifter Du kommer arbeta med förmedling av de olika objektsstyper JNF förmedlar. Du kommer även aktivt att arbeta utåt på marknaden i syfte att skapa nya förmedlingsuppdrag. Ibland ingår Du i ett team tillsammans med en säljkoordinator där ni tillsammans bearbetar marknaden för att skapa nya affärer. Lön och förmåner Det finns möjlighet till att tjäna branschens bästa lön. Lön är baserad på provision. Du tjänar 40% provision på objekt Du arbetar med själv. Tre månaders garantilön i början av anställning. Arbetstiderna är flexibla med eget ansvar. Tjänstepension, friskvård, och andra förmåner ingår också. Om JNF Jonas Nilsson Fastighetsförmedling AB är en fastighetsmäklarfirma i Norrbotten och Västerbotten. Vi förmedlar bostadsrätter, villor, fritidshus, tomter och kommersiella fastigheter. Huvudkontoret finns i Luleå med lokalkontor i Piteå, Skellefteå, Jokkmokk och Kiruna. Vi har en unik mäklartjänst med en försäljningsmetod och aktivitetsnivå som inte liknar någon annan på marknaden. Vi har mycket gott rykte hos våra kunder och vår ambition är att alltid jobba nära våra uppdragsgivare och spekulanter.
