Fastighetsprojektledare / Byggprojektledare – Jämtlandsregionen Är du en erfaren projektledare inom bygg och fastighet som trivs med att driva projekt från idé till överlämning? Kunden söker nu konsulter för kommande uppdrag inom fastighets- och byggprojektledning i Jämtlandsregionen. Om uppdraget Rollen innebär att leda bygg- och fastighetsprojekt – ombyggnader, underhållsprojekt och investeringar i samhällsfastigheter – från planering till genomförande och avslut. Du håller ihop budget, tidplan, entreprenörer och beställare och säkerställer att projektet levererar enligt beslut och uppsatta mål. Vi söker dig som vill vara aktuell för kommande konsultuppdrag där din kompetens snabbt kan göra skillnad i en professionell och samhällsnära verksamhet. Exakt innehåll, omfattning och arbetssätt varierar mellan uppdragen. Arbetsuppgifter Leda fastighets- och byggprojekt genom planering, upphandling, genomförande och avslut Ansvara för budget, tidplan, risk och kvalitet Samordna entreprenörer, konsulter, hyresgäster och beställare Följa upp entreprenader och hantera ändringar och tillägg Rapportera till styrgrupp och fastighetsledning

Krav för rollen Minst 5 års erfarenhet av projektledning inom bygg eller fastighet Erfarenhet av budget, tidplan, risk och entreprenörssamordning God kunskap om byggprocessen och relevanta entreprenadformer (AB/ABT) B-körkort Mycket god svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande Erfarenhet av samhällsfastigheter (skola, vård, omsorg, kontor) Erfarenhet av offentlig upphandling av entreprenader (LOU) Eftergymnasial utbildning inom bygg, fastighet eller teknik Erfarenhet av projekt i pågående verksamhet

Du trivs i en roll med stort eget ansvar och har förmågan att navigera i komplexa projekt med många intressenter. Arbetsplats och upplägg Uppdragen finns i Jämtlandsregionen och innebär i huvudsak arbete på plats hos verksamheten, ofta i kombination med resor till fastigheter och projekt inom regionen.
