Vi söker nu en fastighetsskötare som vill hjälpa oss att hålla vår hotell- och campinganläggning välskött, trygg och välkomnande för våra gäster. Om tjänsten Som fastighetsskötare ansvarar du för den löpande skötseln av anläggningens byggnader, lokaler och utomhusmiljöer. Arbetet är omväxlande och innebär både planerade underhållsinsatser och problemlösning när något behöver åtgärdas snabbt. Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar bland annat: · Tillsyn, skötsel och enklare reparationer av byggnader och installationer. · Underhåll av hotellrum, servicebyggnader, stugor och gemensamma utrymmen. · Skötsel av gräsytor, planteringar och övriga utomhusområden. · Felsökning och kontakt med externa hantverkare vid behov. · Kontroll av värme, ventilation, vatten och avlopp. · Renhållning, avfallshantering och ordning på anläggningen. · Snöröjning och halkbekämpning under vintersäsongen. · Praktisk hjälp till gäster och kollegor. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är händig, lösningsorienterad och ansvarstagande. Du arbetar självständigt, ser vad som behöver göras och är inte rädd för att ta tag i både små och stora praktiska uppgifter. Eftersom arbetet sker i en miljö med många gäster är ett vänligt bemötande och god servicekänsla viktigt. Vi ser gärna att du: · Har erfarenhet av fastighetsskötsel, underhåll, bygg, el, VVS eller liknande arbete. · Har grundläggande teknisk förståelse och god problemlösningsförmåga. · Är flexibel och kan prioritera när oväntade situationer uppstår. · Trivs med fysiskt arbete, både inomhus och utomhus. · Kan samarbeta med kollegor, leverantörer och entreprenörer. · Har B-körkort. · Behärskar svenska i tal och skrift. Gärna grundläggande engelska i tal. Utbildning eller yrkeserfarenhet inom exempelvis fastighetsteknik, bygg, el eller VVS är meriterande. Detsamma gäller behörigheter och erfarenhet av maskiner, poolskötsel eller grönyteskötsel. Vi erbjuder: Du får ett varierat och självständigt arbete i en levande miljö där ingen dag är den andra lik.
