Vi behöver en ny kraft i vårt team! Arbetsuppgifter Som Fastighetsskötare erbjuds du ett varierande, fritt och rörligt arbete med syfte att tillhandahålla funktionella och trivsamma hem och lokaler till våra hyresgäster. Din huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift är att självständigt hantera löpande skötsel och underhåll genom att åtgärda felanmälan och utföra reparationsarbeten i våra fastigheter (ca 50%). Vid sidan av fastighetsskötseln utför du alla former av underhålls- och reparations arbeten i vattenlednings-, avlopps-, uppvärmnings- och ventilationssystem. Du träffar våra hyresgäster dagligen och är en del av företagets ansikte utåt, vilket ställer krav på professionellt kundbemötande och servicehantering. Du kommer ingå i vår fastighetsberedskap. Din bakgrund Vi söker en lagspelare som är lösningsorienterad och som på ett serviceinriktat sätt driver och planerar arbetet framåt tillsammans med övriga kollegor där nytänkande uppmuntras. Eftersom arbetet till hög grad är händelsestyrt krävs det att du är flexibel och en god planerare. För att vara aktuell för tjänsten som fastighetsskötare med inriktning VVS har du relevant arbetslivserfarenhet och grundläggande kompetens inom el, energi och bygg. Fördjupad kunskap/certifikat inom VVS. Eftersom du dagligen transporterar dig med servicebil mellan våra fastigheter är B-körkort ett krav. Du behöver kunna svenska flytande i såväl tal som skrift. Ytterligare språk kan vara meriterande. Du bör ha god datorvana och kunna hantera vanligt förekommande programvaror, kunskap om specifika program för fastighetsbranschen är meriterande.
