Då kan du vara den fastighetsskötare vi söker. Witalabostäder AB är ett allmännyttigt fastighetsbolag med cirka 1 000 hyresbostäder och ett antal lokaler. Sedan 1963 har vi förvaltat både bostäder och kommersiella lokaler, och idag är vi ungefär 25 medarbetare som utgår från moderna och trivsamma lokaler. Vi ansvarar även för Vetlanda Industrilokalers fastighetsbestånd, som omfattar cirka 45 000 kvadratmeter industrilokaler. Tillsammans arbetar vi med ledorden service, mod, glädje och respekt för att bli kommunens mest attraktiva hyresvärd. Genom vårt arbete bidrar vi till en attraktiv, hållbar och växande kommun där människor trivs och utvecklas. Som fastighetsskötare hos oss får du en varierande och självständig roll där du ansvarar för den dagliga skötseln av våra fastigheters yttre miljöer och gemensamma utrymmen. Du arbetar både förebyggande och åtgärdande med drift, underhåll och tillsyn av våra fastigheter. Arbetet planeras utifrån aktuella behov och förutsättningar, vilket innebär att arbetsuppgifterna varierar beroende på exempelvis årstid och väderförhållanden. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att: sköta grönytor genom gräsklippning, trimning och häckklippning ansvara för städning och renhållning av gemensamma utrymmen, såsom trapphus, tvättstugor, källar- och vindsförråd sköta sophantering, miljöhus och hantering av grovavfall utföra snöröjning och halkbekämpning vintertid, med möjlighet till beredskap genomföra enklare målningsarbeten, exempelvis av bänkar, källargångar och skärmväggar löpande utföra eller beställa skötsel, service och underhåll genomföra enklare reparationer samt viss service av maskiner och arbetsutrustning

I rollen har du många kontaktytor och möter dagligen hyresgäster, kollegor och entreprenörer. Därför är det viktigt att du trivs med att samarbeta och har ett professionellt och serviceinriktat bemötande. Vi värdesätter god samarbetsförmåga. Du är kommunikativ, lyhörd och har förmåga att planera och organisera ditt arbete på ett effektivt sätt. Kvalifikationer Gymnasieutbildning med inriktning mot fastighetsskötsel eller annan utbildning som vi bedömer som likvärdig. B-körkort för bil med manuell växellåda. Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift.

Det är meriterande om du har: B96- eller BE-körkort. Goda kunskaper i Microsoft 365. Kunskaper i ytterligare språk utöver svenska. Erfarenhet av fastighetsskötsel eller liknande arbete. Erfarenhet av mekaniskt arbete och ett intresse för att felsöka, reparera och lösa tekniska problem. Erfarenhet av fastighetssystemet Vitec Teknisk Förvaltning eller motsvarande system.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper. Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning. Varaktighet: Tillsvidare, tillträde: Tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Urval och intervjuer hålls löpande. Arbetstid: Dagtid med möjlighet till beredskap under vinterperioden.
