Vill du vara med och skapa trivsamma hem? Vi söker nu en engagerad och serviceinriktad fastighetstekniker till vårt team i Husby/Sollentuna. Vill du bli en nyckelspelare i att säkerställa en trygg och välfungerande boendemiljö för våra hyresgäster? Då kan det vara dig vi söker! Om rollen Som fastighetstekniker har du en viktig roll i det dagliga underhållet av våra fastigheter. Du ansvarar för reparationer, felsökning och service hos våra hyresgäster och i fastigheten i stort. Du är en del av ett team där vi tillsammans skapar värde genom hög service och god kontakt med våra hyresgäster. Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

Reparation och service

Generellt felavhjälpande underhåll

Ronderingar och tillsyn för att förebygga problem

Medverkan i systematiskt brandskyddsarbete

Deltagande i områdesaktiviteter för att stärka gemenskapen i området

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är ansvarstagande, lösningsorienterad och har ett stort intresse för service. Du är strukturerad, arbetar självständigt och trivs i en roll där du har kontakt med många människor. Ditt arbete gör skillnad varje dag! Vi ser gärna att du har:

Arbetslivserfarenhet från roll som fastighetstekniker, reparatör eller liknande, alternativt annan erfarenhet eller utbildning som vi bedömer likvärdig

Erfarenhet av reparation av vitvaror är meriterande

B-körkort (manuellt)

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, ytterligare språk är meriterande
