VÅRT ERBJUDANDE Vi söker nu en engagerad och ansvarsfull fastighetsskötare/fastighetstekniker som brinner för att skapa, upprätthålla och driva en trivsam och välskött miljö inom fastigheter i Norrköping eller Linköping. I denna roll kommer du att ha ansvar tillsammans med dina kollegor för både inre och yttre skötsel av fastigheter, kontor och lokaler runt om i Norrköping eller Linköping. Du plus dina kollegor spelar en central roll i att säkerställa att fastigheterna befinner sig i toppskick! Vi söker en person till Linköping och vi söker en person till Norrköping. Utföra både inre och yttre reparationer och monteringar i fastigheterna.

Ansvara för underhåll av fastigheten samt dess utomhusområden som exempelvis snöröjning och gräsklippning.

Arbeta praktiskt med diverse olika uppgifter som reparationer, byten invändigt och utvändigt samt mycket annat.

Samarbeta med kollegor kring eventuella problem och arbeta effektivt när dessa dyker upp.

Körkort B är ett krav.

DINA KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som är noggrann, självgående och har god känsla för service. Även om det är bra att vara självgående så ser vi även att du är en lagspelare och har lätt att komma in i en grupp. Tidigare erfarenhet inom fastighetsskötsel eller liknande arbete är meriterande, men vi värdesätter även ditt engagemang, energi och viljan att lära dig. Du ska vara flexibel samt kunna hantera varierande arbetsuppgifter med ett positivt förhållningssätt tillsammans med kollegor och kund. Eftersom du kommer ha kontakt och möta olika personer dagligen så kräver arbetet att du har ett socialt intresse.

MERITERANDE

Tidigare erfarenhet av fastighetsskötsel eller liknande arbetsuppgifter.

Tidigare erfarenhet av reparationer

Har lätt att komma in i en grupp med positiv energi.

Har ett gediget intresse för mekanik eller montering

Vara händig och praktisk i sin yrkesroll.
