The posting

Brinner du för kundservice, koordinering och att få vardagen att fungera smidigt för både kunder och tekniker? Är du dessutom flytande i finska? Då kan detta vara rollen för dig! Vi söker nu en finsktalande Dispatcher till ett internationellt företag med verksamhet inom teknik och service. I rollen får du en central funktion där du ansvarar för planering, koordinering och daglig support till tekniker i fält.

Om rollen

Som Dispatcher ansvarar du för att planera och fördela arbete till tekniker samt säkerställa att serviceuppdrag genomförs enligt plan. Du arbetar löpande med omplanering vid akuta ärenden, förändrade prioriteringar eller andra avvikelser. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor och du har daglig kontakt med tekniker, kunder och interna kollegor via telefon och digitala system. Utöver den operativa planeringen arbetar du även administrativt och bidrar till utveckling och förbättring av arbetsmetoder och processer.

Vi söker dig som

Har erfarenhet av koordinering, planering, dispatching eller liknande administrativa roller Talar och skriver både finska och svenska obehindrat Har god datorvana och lätt för att lära dig nya system Trivs i en roll med högt tempo och många parallella arbetsuppgifter Är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och serviceinriktad Har god kommunikativ förmåga och trivs med många kontaktytor

Som person är du en lagspelare som tycker om att samarbeta med andra. Du är noggrann, flexibel och har förmågan att prioritera när förutsättningarna snabbt förändras.
