Blomsterateljén Solrosen i Stuvsta söker en utbildad florist som vill bli en viktig del av vårt team! Vi söker dig som är utbildad florist och som trivs med att kombinera det kreativa floristyrket med administrativa arbetsuppgifter. Rollen passar dig som tycker om både blommor, kundservice och att ha ordning och struktur bakom kulisserna. Om tjänsten I rollen kommer du att ha ett varierat arbete där en stor del består av att planera och administrera verksamheten, samtidigt som du arbetar praktiskt som florist vid behov. Arbetsuppgifterna kommer bland annat att bestå av: Planera och lägga beställningar av blommor, växter och material Planera kommande veckors produktion och beställningar Hantera företags- och avtalskunder Ta emot och administrera blomsterbeställningar Planera leveranser och transporter Arbeta i datorbaserade system för order, inköp och administration Ha kontakt med kunder och företagskunder via telefon och mejl Skapa offerter och underlag vid behov Göra kalkyler och ha koll på priser, marginaler och materialåtgång Arbeta med butikens dagliga floristarbete när det behövs Hjälpa till med exponering och butikens visuella uttryck Leverera blommor och andra beställningar vid behov

Vi söker dig som Är utbildad florist och har erfarenhet av floristyrket Är noggrann och strukturerad Tycker om administrativa arbetsuppgifter och att arbeta vid dator Har lätt för att planera och prioritera Är självgående och kan ta eget ansvar Har god servicekänsla och tycker om kundkontakt Är van vid att arbeta med mejl, beställningar och digitala system Har lätt för att kommunicera med både kunder, leverantörer och kollegor Trivs med ett varierat arbete där ingen dag är exakt likadan

Meriterande B-körkort Erfarenhet av inköp och beställningar Erfarenhet av företagskunder och avtalskunder Erfarenhet från blomsterbutik eller annan serviceverksamhet God datorvana

Personliga egenskaper Vi tror att du är en person som gillar att ha koll på läget. Du behöver kunna växla mellan att sitta framför datorn och planera nästa veckas inköp och att plötsligt behöva ta fram sekatören och skapa en vacker bukett. Du är ansvarstagande, lösningsorienterad och prestigelös och tycker om att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra. Det är viktigt för oss att du har ett genuint intresse för floristyrket, men också att du tycker att administration, planering och inköp är en rolig och naturlig del av arbetet.
