Med placering i Kristinehamn Som fordonsledare kommer du att ha en viktig funktion för att Tågabs fordon tas hand om och används på ett effektivt sätt. I rollen ingår att ha ansvar för att styra och optimera underhållet för alla fordon där Tågab är utnämnd som ECM enligt EU:s förordning 2019/779. Arbetsuppgifter och ansvar: Rollen kommer bland annat innehålla: Samverka med verkstäder och andra relevanta avdelningar för att säkerställa att underhållsbehoven för fordonen uppfylls enligt föreskrivna standarder och tidsramar. Ansvarar för att planera och säkerställa att underhållsåtgärder utförs för alla fordon som Tågab är ECM för (Entity in Charge of Maintenance). Säkerställer snabb och effektiv återinsättande av fordon i drift efter avslutat underhåll. Samverkar med drift- och trafikavdelningar för att optimera den operativa verksamheten. Beställa provkörning Beställa tidtabeller för svarv och tidsbeställning för svarv. Hantera dokumentationen i samband med svarvning. Uppfyller kraven enligt EU:s förordning 2019/779 för Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM). Hanterar underhållsrelaterade dokumentation och rapporterar nödvändig information till behöriga myndigheter och parter. Ansvarar för den övergripande hanteringen av Tågabs fordonsflotta, inklusive egna lok, personvagnar och godsvagnar samt vissa kunders fordon. Utvecklar långsiktiga strategier för underhåll och uppgradering av fordonsparken. Under arbetstid fungera som driftsstöd Arbetar för att säkerställa hög kvalitet och säkerhet i alla underhållsaktiviteter. Implementerar och följer företagets kvalitets- och säkerhetsstandarder. Lösningsförslag till Trafikverket vid stoppande fordonsfel på linjen.

Kvalifikationer: Erfarenhet av fordonsunderhåll och/eller fordonsindustrin. God förståelse för EU-förordningar och standarder inom underhållsområdet. Stark planerings- och organisationsförmåga. Mycket goda kommunikationsfärdigheter för att samverka med olika avdelningar och externa parter. Förmåga att fatta snabba beslut och hantera krävande situationer. Initiativrik och självständig. Problemlösare med förmåga att arbeta strukturerat. Mycket god samarbetsförmåga Flexibel och anpassningsbar till förändringar. Högt säkerhetsmedvetenhet

Meriterande Aktiv lokförare Utbildning/ erfarenhet inom teknik, underhållsledning eller liknande område.
