Som personlig servicetekniker får du arbeta med Volvo, Polestar och Lynk & Co och blir en viktig del av kundens hela serviceupplevelse. Rollen kombinerar kvalificerat tekniskt arbete med kundkontakt, där du får möjlighet att både lösa problem och skapa långsiktiga kundrelationer. Du får även goda möjligheter till kompetensutveckling genom utbildningar och möjligheten att utvecklas i takt med den tekniska utvecklingen inom Volvo, Polestar och Lynk & Co. Om företaget Bröderna Brandt Bilaktiebolag grundades 1929 och är en av Sveriges första Volvo-handlare. Idag är Brandt en väletablerad koncern med 34 anläggningar på 26 orter och cirka 800 medarbetare. Om tjänsten Som personlig servicetekniker hos Brandt Bil i Skövde arbetar du med service, reparationer, underhåll och felsökning av Volvo-, Polestar- och Lynk & Co-fordon. Du har även en nära kontakt med kunder och ansvarar för att skapa en trygg och professionell upplevelse genom hela verkstadsbesöket. Rollen innebär att du planerar och genomför arbetet på ett strukturerat sätt samt säkerställer att fordonen håller hög kvalitet när de lämnar verkstaden. Du arbetar både självständigt och tillsammans med erfarna kollegor, med fokus på kvalitet, effektivitet och kundnöjdhet. Som personlig servicetekniker får du kontinuerligt utveckla dina kunskaper genom utbildningar och kompetensutveckling inom Volvo, Polestar och Lynk & Co samt inom den senaste fordonstekniken. Vi söker dig som Har flera års erfarenhet som fordonstekniker eller bilmekaniker med goda kunskaper inom service, reparation och fordonsdiagnostik Har fordonsteknisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet Har god fordonsteknisk förståelse och ett genuint intresse för fordon och teknik Talar och skriver svenska obehindrat Har god datorvana och förståelse för administrativa processer Har B-körkort

Meriterande är Erfarenhet av Volvo, Polestar, Lynk & Co eller arbete med andra auktoriserade märken God engelska Erfarenhet av kundkontakt och service Ambition att utvecklas och ta mer ansvar över tid

Som person är du Social och kommunikativ Serviceinriktad och lösningsfokuserad Noggrann och strukturerad Ansvarstagande och kvalitetsmedveten Positiv och en lagspelare
