Vi söker nu en legitimerad arbetsterapeut som vill vara en del av vårt växande team. Hos oss får du en flexibel och självständig roll med fokus på hemsjukvård. Om rollen

Du arbetar med varierande och stimulerande uppdrag som Leg. Arbetsterapeut i Stockholm och dess närområden. Uppdragen är alltid tillsvidare vilket ger en kontinuitet för både dig, uppdragsgivare och patient. Uppdragen varierar och kan anpassas utifrån intresse och önskemål.

I dag har vi pågåenden uppdrag inom primärvård, vård- och omsorgsboenden och arbetsterapeutiska utredningar.

I rollen ingår bedömning, behandling och rehabilitering utifrån varje individs behov, i olika typer av uppdrag och sammanhang. Vi arbetar för att vidareutveckla, synliggöra och effektivisera våra uppdragsgivares arbetsterapi. Du kommer att ingå i ett nätverk av kollegor där du får stöttning och handledning för att utvecklas i din roll som arbetsterapeut samt få möjligheten att prova på arbetsområden som du vart nyfiken på.

Ansvarsområden

Sedvanliga arbetsterapeutiska insatser inom primärvård, vård-och omsorgsboende. Bedömning, behandling och uppföljning av patienter. Helhetsansvar för patientprocessen – från första kontakt till uppföljning Samverkan med andra professioner såsom fysioterapeuter och sjuksköterskor Dokumentation enligt gällande riktlinjer Aktivt bidra till utveckling av verksamhet och arbetssätt

Vi söker dig som:

Är legitimerad arbetsterapeut Har B-körkort Trivs med att arbeta självständigt och strukturerat Har god kommunikativ förmåga i svenska, i tal och skrift Har ett professionellt och patientfokuserat förhållningssätt
