Fria Advokater är en humanjuridisk advokatbyrå med inriktning brottmål. Vi söker nu en kontorschef till byråns kontor på Kungsholmen, Stockholm. I rollen som kontorschef har du en central roll i byråns verksamhet. I rollen kommer du att: utgöra administrativt stöd till byråns advokater och jurister ha omfattande kontakt med domstolar, myndigheter och klienter hantera kalender, mötesbokningar och förhandlingar hantera inkommande kommunikation samt prioritera, besvara eller vidareförmedla förfrågningar. ansvara för klient- och ärendehantering

Vi söker dig som är självgående, serviceinriktad, noggrann och har en god samarbetsförmåga. Du har lätt för att skapa goda relationer med såväl interna som externa kontakter. Under perioder med hög arbetsbelastning är din förmåga att prioritera och planera ditt arbete extra viktig. För att trivas och lyckas i rollen ser vi att du är en person med stark personlig integritet och mycket gott omdöme. Du har en naturlig förmåga att hantera känslig information professionellt, även i komplexa situationer.

Kvalifikationer · Flerårig erfarenhet av att arbeta i en administrativ roll. · Mycket god förmåga att formulera dig i tal och skrift, både på svenska och engelska. · Mycket god erfarenhet av att använda digitala arbetsverktyg. · Goda kunskaper i Office med Outlook, Word, Excel och Powerpoint.
