Frilansare – Verksamhetsutvecklare Till vår kund Kungsbacka kommun söker vi en verksamhetsutvecklare / förändringsledare med erfarenhet av att driva utvecklings- och förändringsarbete inom offentlig verksamhet. Observera att detta uppdrag endast är aktuellt för frilansare/underkonsulter. Kungsbacka kommun arbetar kontinuerligt med att utveckla verksamhet, organisation och arbetssätt för att möta förändringar i omvärlden, ökade krav och framtida kompetensbehov. En viktig del av utvecklingen är att stärka kommunens förmåga inom digitalisering och digital transformation, bland annat genom nya arbetssätt, principen digitalt först och utveckling av organisationens digitala kompetens. Om uppdraget Som verksamhetsutvecklare kommer du att bidra i olika typer av utvecklingsinitiativ och arbeta nära verksamhet, ledning och andra berörda intressenter. Verksamhetsutveckling kan innebära uppdrag inom:

Organisationsutveckling

Affärsutveckling

Förändringsledning

Verksamhetsanalys (styrning, ledning, organisation)

Utvärdering och uppföljning

Processutveckling

Utveckling och implementering av nya arbetssätt

Projektledning kan innebära uppdrag som:

Förstudier eller uppdrag

Analyser

Upphandlingsprojekt

Införandeprojekt

Du förväntas kunna arbeta självständigt, skapa struktur och driva arbetet framåt tillsammans med olika delar av organisationen. Rollen kräver att du snabbt kan sätta dig in i verksamhetens behov och anpassa arbetssätt och metod efter uppdragets förutsättningar. Vi söker dig som har God dokumenterad teoretisk kunskap inom området.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet från arbete inom verksamhetsutveckling, förändringsledning eller närliggande område.

Aktuell erfarenhet av arbete inom offentlig verksamhet under de senaste två åren.

God planerings- och samarbetsförmåga.

Förmåga att snabbt sätta dig in i nya uppdrag och verksamheter.

God kommunikativ förmåga.

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska samt förmåga att uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift.

Förmåga att vara flexibel samt på ett tryggt sätt hantera förändringar i uppdraget.

Förmåga att självständigt ansvara för uppdrag inom området.

Förmåga att situationsanpassa ditt arbetssätt och agerande för att nå bästa möjliga resultat.

Ett professionellt förhållningssätt och gott bemötande i kontakten med uppdragsgivare, medarbetare och andra intressenter.
