The posting

Backatorpsskolan är en omtyckt och icke vinstdrivande fristående skola, belägen i ett naturskönt område på Hisingen. Skolan har ett högt söktryck och har för närvarande 340 elever från förskoleklass till och med årskurs sex. Vårt fritidshem tar emot cirka 170 barn och erbjuder en trygg miljö med stimulerande och varierande aktiviteter. Skolan drivs av en mycket erfaren och engagerad personalstyrka bestående av 55 pedagoger som tillsammans, under ledning av rektor, kontinuerligt utvecklar verksamheten och arbetar för att ge varje elev bästa möjliga förutsättningar. I varje arbetslag arbetar även speciallärare och fritidspedagoger. Därtill har skolan en bibliotekarie och utomhus pedagog på heltid. Vi söker nu 2 st fritidslärare med inriktning bild och musik och som är legitimerad fritidslärare eller fritidspedagog. Du är en stabil och trygg person med god självinsikt. Du kommunicerar tydligt och har lätt för att samarbeta med både elever och kollegor. Din planering präglas av struktur, effektivitet och ett tydligt elevfokus. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Du har förmåga att leda och organisera verksamheten så att en trygg och inkluderande lärandemiljö skapas, grundad på ömsesidig respekt och samarbete. Du kan bedöma och anpassa din undervisning utifrån effekten av olika strategier och involverar eleverna i planeringen för att stärka deras förmåga att lära. Vi söker dig som kan arbeta heltid och som: ser det kompetenta barnet och är engagerad i pedagogiskt utvecklingsarbete fokuserar på att eleverna ska lyckas utifrån läroplanens mål är lösningsorienterad och ser möjligheter snarare än hinder är tydlig, målinriktad och värnar om goda relationer till elever, vårdnadshavare och kollegor är positiv och har en mycket god samarbetsförmåga gärna använder IKT som ett naturligt stöd i undervisningen
