The posting

Vi formar just nu en öppen verksamhet i den gamla prästgården mitt i stan. Ett hus anpassat till barn, unga och familjer med riktigt stora möjligheter! Vi behöver nu en fritidsledare med kompetens och vilja i det arbetslag med diakon, präst och musiker som kommer att driva arbetet. Tjänsten innebär också att vara pastoratets nyckelperson i arbetet med ungdomsorganisationen Svenska kyrkans unga. Vill du vara med i denna spännande process? Vi söker dig som är utbildad fritidsledare eller motsvarande och är empatisk, noggrann, lösningsorienterad och har förmåga att arbeta både självständigt och i grupp. Tjänsten innebär att tillsammans med kollegor och ideella driva, forma och utveckla stödjande och bärande gemenskaper främst bland tonåringar, unga vuxna och unga familjer i den gamla prästgården i stadens mitt. Dokumenterat god samarbetsförmåga med både församlingsbor, kollegor, kommun och andra externa parter är meriterande samt erfarenhet av arbete i kyrkan. Falköpings pastorat präglas av en jordnära teologi där vi lägger fokus på att berätta evangeliet. Vi lägger stor vikt vid miljö- och klimatfrågor, arbete med Regnbågsnyckeln (HBTQI-frågor) och inkluderande förhållningssätt.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Arbete bland tonåringar, unga vuxna och unga familjer främst i den gamla prästgården mitt i staden Sammanhållande funktion för Svenska kyrkans unga Leda andakter i olika sammanhang och undervisa Utveckla och forma gemenskapsfrämjande aktiviteter

Kvalifikationer Fritidsledarutbildning eller motsvarande Förtrogenhet med Svenska kyrkans ideologi och arbetssätt

Anställning Anställningsform: Tillsvidare Omfattning: Heltid Löneform: Månadslön Arbetstid: Dag- och kvällstid, även viss helgtjänstgöring förekommer Tillträde: Januari 2027 eller enligt överenskommelse Vi tillämpar Kyrkans avtal med individuell lönesättning.

Övrigt Tillhör Svenska kyrkan och delar dess grundläggande värderingar. (Vi arbetar utifrån vår värdegrund: fred, rättvisa och försoning) Krav på körkort och tillgång till egen bil.
