Om rollen Vi söker en medarbetare till fritidshemmet och resursfunktion på vår studio på 100% för ett vikariat. Rollen innebär ett varierat arbete där du kombinerar arbete i fritidshemmet med att ge stöd till elever från 4-9 under skoldagen. Som en del av vårt team blir du en viktig vuxen som bidrar till trygghet, struktur och utveckling för våra elever. Du arbetar nära lärare, fritidspersonal och elevhälsa för att skapa goda förutsättningar för varje elev att lyckas. Har förmåga att möta elever med olika behov och skapa struktur i vardagen. Erfarenhet av arbete som elevresurs eller med särskilt stöd är meriterande.

Dina arbetsuppgifter: Arbeta i fritidshemmet med att planera och genomföra aktiviteter som stimulerar elevernas utveckling och lärande. Vara resurs för elever 4-9 under skoldagen genom att ge stöd utifrån individuella behov i vår studio eller i klassrummet. Bidra till trygghet, struktur och studiero i skolmiljön. Samverka med lärare, fritidspersonal och elevhälsa kring elevernas utveckling. Delta aktivt i arbetet för att skapa en inkluderande och positiv lärmiljö.
