Om oss Dalbackens Friskola är en icke vinstdrivande verksamhet som drivs som en ekonomisk förening. Vi har bedrivit vår verksamhet i 10 år och präglas av ett starkt engagemang, närhet mellan elever och personal samt en trygg och inkluderande lärmiljö. Hos oss står barnens utveckling och välmående i centrum. Om tjänsten Som fritidspedagog hos oss ansvarar du för att planera, genomföra och utveckla fritidshemmets pedagogiska verksamhet i enlighet med läroplanen. Du skapar en meningsfull, stimulerande och trygg miljö där eleverna ges möjlighet att utveckla både sociala och kreativa förmågor. Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar: Planera och leda aktiviteter på fritidshemmet Stimulera elevernas kreativitet, lek och lärande Samarbeta med lärare och övrig personal för att skapa en helhet kring elevernas skoldag Bidra till en trygg och inkluderande miljö Aktivt delta i skolans utvecklingsarbete

Vi söker dig som: Är utbildad fritidspedagog eller har annan relevant pedagogisk utbildning Har ett genuint engagemang för barns utveckling och lärande Är kreativ, initiativrik och lösningsorienterad Har god samarbetsförmåga och ett positivt förhållningssätt Är trygg i din ledarroll och kan skapa struktur samtidigt som du är flexibel

Meriterande: Erfarenhet av arbete i fritidshem eller skola Kunskap inom skapande verksamhet, idrott eller musik Erfarenhet av värdegrundsarbete och inkluderande pedagogik Digital kompetens i pedagogiska sammanhang
