Ocab Halmstad söker nu en erfaren fukttekniker som vill bli en viktig del av vår expansion inom fukt och utredning. Vi söker dig som har gedigen kunskap inom fukt och skadehantering och kombinera arbetet med att göra byggnadstekniska utredningar och lösa komplexa fuktproblem. Om rollen Som fukttekniker hos oss arbetar du med utredning, bedömning och hantering av fukt- och vattenskador. Du är ute hos kunder och undersöker byggnader, identifierar orsaker och bedömer vilka åtgärder som krävs. Arbetet omfattar bland annat:

Fuktmätning och fuktutredningar

Utredning av fukt- och vattenskador

Bedömning av orsaker, konstruktioner och skadeomfattning

Byggnadstekniska bedömningar kopplade till fukt

Dokumentation, rapporter och åtgärdsförslag

Kontakt med kunder, försäkringsbolag och samarbetspartners

Uppföljning av ärenden och rekommenderade åtgärder

Du kommer att möta både tydliga skadefall och mer komplexa problem där det krävs erfarenhet, analys och ett tränat öga för att hitta orsaken. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har några års erfarenhet inom fukt, skadeutredning eller byggnadsteknik och som känner dig trygg i att självständigt driva en utredning från första observation till rekommenderad åtgärd. Vi ser gärna att du:

Har gedigen erfarenhet av fukt- och vattenskador

Har god förståelse för byggnadskonstruktioner och fuktproblematik

Är analytisk, noggrann och lösningsorienterad

Kan dokumentera och kommunicera tekniska bedömningar på ett tydligt sätt

Trivs med kundkontakt och eget ansvar

Har B-körkort
