Arbetsbeskrivning E-tjänster är en del av en digital verksamhet inom en större offentlig organisations IT-avdelning. Uppdraget omfattar fullstackutveckling med Java i backend och Angular i frontend i en modern containermiljö med Docker och OpenShift. Systemen som utvecklas omfattar både interna verksamhetssystem och digitala e-tjänster som används av medborgare samt externa målgrupper som samarbetar med organisationen. Konsulten kommer att ingå i ett tvärfunktionellt Scrum-team bestående av utvecklare, krav/UX och uppdragsledare. Området är högt prioriterat och uppdraget kräver stort driv och fokus på att leverera högkvalitativ kod. Uppdraget omfattar bland annat nyutveckling, buggfixar och vidareutveckling av befintliga system. Konsulten kommer att arbeta tillsammans med engagerade kollegor i en miljö som främjar lärande och kompetensutveckling. Kvalificeringskrav – skallkrav Konsulten ska minst ha:

Sex (6) års dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete och utveckling i Java. Erfarenheten ska vara inhämtad under de senaste tio åren.

Erfarenhet av arbete och utveckling inom Angular eller React.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av OpenShift eller motsvarande containerplattform.

God förmåga att uttrycka sig i tal och skrift på svenska.

Meriterande kompetens – börkrav Följande erfarenheter är meriterande:

Erfarenhet av Scrum eller annat agilt utvecklingsarbete.

Erfarenhet av CI/CD och automatiserade deploymentprocesser.

Erfarenhet av automatiserad testning.

Erfarenhet av mikrotjänstarkitektur.

Erfarenhet av utveckling av e-tjänster riktade mot medborgare eller andra externa användare.

Erfarenhet av arbete inom säkerhetsklassad verksamhet.

Erfarenhet av arbete inom rättsväsendet.

Erfarenhet av arbete inom offentlig sektor.

Uppdragsperiod Start: 2027-01-04

Slut: 2027-12-31

Option: Förlängning till 2028-12-31, där beställaren kan nyttja hela eller delar av optionsperioden.
