Leg Fysioterapeut/ leg Sjukgymnast till Aktivera Rehab i Sollentuna. Aktivera Rehab söker nu en leg. fysioterapeut/ leg sjukgymnast för en tillsvidareanställning. Du behöver inneha svensk legitimation. Vi bedriver primärvårdsrehabilitering under Region Stockholm. Vår mottagning i Sollentuna har en personalstyrka på 25 st: fysioterapeuter, arbetsterapeuter, kiropraktorer, dietister och receptionister som samarbetar för att patienten ska få den absolut bästa vården. Arbetet innefattar hemrehabilitering och kan även kombineras med gruppverksamhet och arbetsförmågebedömningar på mottagningen. Du kommer möta patienter med behov av tidiga, förebyggande och samordnade rehabiliteringsinsatser. Målet är att ge patienten stöd att återfå, bibehålla och förbättra aktivitets- och funktionsförmåga, med utgångspunkt i deras vardag. Fokus är att patienten ska bli självständig och ha ett deltagande i samhällslivet, rehabiliteringen sker både i hemmet och utanför. Rehabiliteringsåtgärder innefattar bl.a. träning, information och hjälpmedelsförskrivningar. Du ska gilla patientarbetet och att arbeta både i team och självständigt. Vi arbetar i patientens hem, det är därför viktigt att du klarar av att vistas där det finns husdjur och att du inte är känslig för dofter. Vi är ett positivt team med högt i tak som gillar att både diskutera gemensamma patienter och göra roliga saker tillsammans utanför arbetet. Vi sitter i fräscha lokaler, mottagningen ligger precis vid E4an, med gratis personalparkering och kollektivtrafik i närheten.
