Praktikertjänst Rehab Hallunda söker fysioterapeut till vårt hemteam. Vill du jobba i ett team med fin gemenskap och kunniga kollegor är du kanske rätt person för oss?

Arbetsuppgifter Vi söker en fysioterapeut som vill arbeta med hemrehabilitering. I denna roll kommer du att samarbeta med ett tvärprofessionellt team bestående av arbetsterapeuter och dietister för att ge bästa möjliga vård till våra patienter. Du kommer att utföra hembesök, både individuellt och i team, och möta patienter med varierande besvär och i olika åldrar. Arbetet sker inom ett begränsat geografiskt område i Norra Botkyrka och hembesöken kan göras med bil, cykel, till fots eller med kollektivtrafik. För den som är intresserad finns möjlighet att i mindre omfattning även arbeta på mottagning.

Information om arbetsplatsen Verksamheten erbjuder bred kompetens inom rehabilitering och kollegor som gärna delar med sig av sin kunskap och erfarenhet. Rehab Hallunda är en primärvårdsenhet som ligger i Hallunda centrum med ca 25 medarbetare. Här arbetar arbetsterapeuter, dietister, fysioterapeuter, kiropraktor, receptionister, klinikassistenter och verksamhetschef. Enheten ligger nära t-banestationen och har samarbete med övriga Rehab kliniker inom Praktikertjänst samt med närliggande vårdcentraler, BVC, BUMM och kommunen.

Kvalifikationer Du är legitimerad fysioterapeut med intresse eller erfarenhet av arbete i primärvården i patienters hemmiljö. Ett plus är om du har vana att arbeta i team. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

Personliga egenskaper Vi söker en professionell och patientfokuserad fysioterapeut. Du är en lagspelare som värdesätter gott samarbete med kollegor. Du är engagerad, innovativ och lösningsorienterad, med en stark vilja att utvecklas inom ditt yrke. Dessutom har du en god förmåga att prioritera arbetsuppgifter.
