ICA Försäkring i Växjö växer och söker nu engagerade medarbetare till sitt team inom Outbound. Här får du en roll där du kombinerar kundkontakt och rådgivning med försäljning - samtidigt som du får möjlighet att utvecklas tillsammans med engagerade kollegor och närvarande ledare. Hos ICA Försäkring står kunden i centrum, men det gör även teamet. Du blir en del av en arbetsplats med högt tempo, stark gemenskap och en kultur där man hjälper varandra att lyckas. Som ny medarbetare får du en gedigen introduktion och löpande coaching för att bygga trygghet och kompetens i rollen. I rollen kontaktar du ICAs befintliga och potentiellt nya kunder genom utgående samtal. Du hjälper kunden att se över sitt försäkringsskydd, identifierar behov och presenterar lösningar som skapar trygghet. Det handlar om att kombinera god service och lyhördhet med affärsmässighet och förmågan att skapa resultat. Arbetstiderna är måndag till fredag kl. 10.30-17.30. Tjänsten omfattar en anställningsgrad på 81,17 % och erbjuder en konkurrenskraftig fast lön kombinerat med provision. Startdatum 16 November 2026. Anställningen inleds med en provanställning med goda möjligheter till tillsvidareanställning.
