Som kvalitets- och miljöansvarig driver du vårt arbete med kvalitet, miljö och arbetsmiljö, och du stöttar hela Glimåkraenheten i att hela tiden bli bättre. Vi arbetar faktabaserat, letar upp grundorsaker och involverar alla medarbetare. Du rapporterar till fabrikschefen och ingår i ledningsgruppen. KMA har ansvar för följande inom Glimåkraenheten: · Upprätthålla, utveckla och kommunicera ledningssystemen för kvalitet, miljö, arbetsmiljö och socialt ansvarstagande i överensstämmelse med verksamheten och de formella kraven i ISO:s ledningssystemstandarder. · Stödja organisationen i att ta fram policyer, mål, rutiner, instruktioner, mallar m.m. · Planering och uppföljning av interna och externa revisioner. · Inom ansvarsområdet vara uppdaterad om nya lagar och förordningar och tillse att denna information sprids internt. · Arbetet med kundreklamationer och interna avvikelser. · Kvalitetskravställare på leverantörer och genomföra leverantörsutvärderingar. · Riskbedöma kemikalier i verksamheten · Stödja organisationen i arbetet med risk/möjlighetsanalyser och handlingsplaner. · Stödja organisationen i det systematiska arbetsmiljöarbetet. · Stötta i det operativa kvalitetsarbetet i produktion. KMA har även ansvar för hela bolagets produkter och enheter avseende: · Produktgodkännanden som t.ex. Möbelfakta eller Byggvarubedömningen, samt ta fram EPD:er. · Arbeta med hållbarhetsuppgifter till upphandlingar och övriga kundförfrågningar kring miljö och produktmärkning. · Samt delaktighet i det gemensamma hållbarhetsarbetet i Garpco.

Vi söker dig som har: Yrkesutbildning KMA eller Högskoleexamen inom teknik eller motsvarande erfarenheter. Minst fem års erfarenhet av liknande befattning. Språkkunskaper, svenska samt god engelska. Mycket goda ledaregenskaper, samstämmiga med bolagets värdegrund. Erfarenhet av ISO 9001/14001/45001 och av tillverkande industri är starkt meriterande.
