Help us build the commercial engine that powers growth across Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands. About the Role As Bjorn Lunden continues to grow across Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands, we are looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to join our Commercial Development team. You will play a key role in helping us build a more scalable, efficient and data-driven commercial organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing and scaling the systems, processes and automation that enable our commercial organisation to perform at its best. You will own HubSpot and our commercial technology stack while working closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Commercial Development to create a more efficient, scalable and data-driven way of working. You will work at the intersection of technology, data and commercial operations, helping us continuously develop and improve our commercial operating model across Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands. You will have the opportunity to shape how our commercial teams work, how we leverage technology and automation, and how we build scalable commercial capabilities across the Group. You will help shape customer journeys, strengthen commercial processes and identify new opportunities to leverage AI and automation. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner with teams and stakeholders across countries and functions to continuously improve how we work and grow. Your main responsibilities include: Owning and developing HubSpot and the commercial technology stack Building workflows, automation and scalable commercial processes Driving marketing automation, lifecycle management and lead flows Ensuring data quality, governance and reliable commercial insights Identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities Partnering with Commercial Development, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to continuously improve the commercial operating model Leading system, process and transformation initiatives across markets Ensuring new systems, automation and ways of working are successfully adopted and embedded across commercial teams

About You You are a curious problem solver who enjoys understanding how systems, processes and people work together. You are driven by finding smarter ways of working and get energy from turning ideas into practical solutions that create real business value. You combine analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset and enjoy working at the intersection of technology and business. Whether you are improving a process, building an automation, analysing data or discussing priorities with stakeholders, you focus on creating solutions that are scalable, effective and user-friendly. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Experience from Go-to-Market Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or a similar field Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot Experience building workflows, automations and commercial processes Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights A good understanding of B2B SaaS and commercial business models An interest in AI, automation and new technologies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

You are comfortable working across teams and functions, enjoy taking ownership and thrive in an environment where collaboration, continuous improvement and learning are part of everyday work.
