The posting

Som Group ICT Incident Manager är du bryggan mellan IT, verksamhet och regulatoriska krav. Du ansvarar för att sätta struktur, etablera arbetssätt och säkerställa att organisationen effektivt kan hantera, rapportera och förebygga affärskritiska incidenter. Rollen har ett tydligt koncernperspektiv och innebär nära samarbete över länder och funktioner. Du kombinerar operativ handlingskraft vid akuta situationer med ett långsiktigt och proaktivt förbättringsarbete. Du blir del av funktionen Common Services och rapporterar till Chief Common Services. Du kommer bland annat att:

Vidareutveckla och implementera en koncerngemensam process för ICT-incidenthantering

Säkerställa att incidenter identifieras, hanteras och rapporteras enligt regulatoriska krav

Koordinera hantering av större incidenter med affärspåverkan och leda arbetet vid kritiska händelser

Driva ett proaktivt förbättringsarbete, genom kravställning och uppföljning, för att minska återkommande incidenter

Säkerställa rätt nivå av övervakning, larm och beredskap i organisationen

Etablera och utveckla jour- och beredskapsstrukturer i Norden

Rollen innebär jour/beredskap i viss utsträckning. Erfarenhet och kvalifikationer Du drivs av att bygga, förbättra och skapa struktur – och trivs i en roll där du får kombinera strategi med operativt ansvar. Du har:

Erfarenhet av arbete med incidenthanteringsprocesser eller informationssäkerhet

God förståelse för hur IT-incidenter påverkar affären och hur de ska prioriteras

Erfarenhet av eller god kunskap om DORA, NIS2, cybersäkerhetsregelverk

Arbetat med ramverk såsom ITIL, NIST eller liknande

Förmåga att tolka regulatoriska krav och omsätta dem till praktiska arbetssätt

Erfarenhet av att driva initiativ i komplexa, nya och ibland otydliga sammanhang

Vem är du? Du har ett ödmjukt förhållningssätt samtidigt som du är en trygg och tydlig ledare i pressade situationer, med förmåga att snabbt fatta välgrundade beslut. Samtidigt har du ett analytiskt och strukturerat arbetssätt som hjälper dig att se mönster och driva långsiktiga förbättringar.
