The posting

Om jobbet Uppsala Enskilda Skola är en fristående, stiftelsedriven grundskola från förskoleklass till årskurs 5. Det innebär att eventuell vinst återinvesteras direkt i verksamheten. Vi har 255 elever och är 37 medarbetare. Skolan är tvåparallellig från förskoleklass till årskurs 3 och enparallellig i årskurs 4 och 5. I varje klass arbetar en klasslärare tillsammans med minst en resurs. Fritidsverksamheten är en viktig del av vår skola och många elever deltar dagligen. Vi lägger stor vikt vid ett relationellt förhållningssätt och arbetar med lågaffektivt bemötande. Hos oss möts du av en engagerad personalgrupp med höga förväntningar på både elever och kollegor, där vi tillsammans arbetar för att skapa en trygg, strukturerad och tillgänglig lärmiljö. Till resterande del av läsåret 2026/2027 söker vi nu en grundlärare till årskurs 4 i en kompanjonlärarroll (medlärare) på 80 %. Klassen kommer bestå av 35 elever och leds av en klasslärare med övergripande ansvar. I klassen finns även en klassresurs. Dina arbetsuppgifter Som kompanjonlärare/medlärare arbetar du i nära samarbete med klassläraren och bidrar till att skapa en fungerande och tillgänglig undervisningssituation för hela elevgruppen. I uppdraget ingår bland annat att: undervisa en mindre elevgrupp (ca 6 elever) i ett mer anpassat sammanhang undervisa hela klassen tillsammans med klasslärare ansvara för helklass vid vissa tillfällen, t.ex. när klasslärare har planeringstid bidra i planering och uppföljning av undervisningen stötta elever i klassrummet för att skapa arbetsro och delaktighet delta som extra vuxen vid praktisk-estetiska lektioner ha rastvärds- och viss praktisk tjänstgöring i skolvardagen

Arbetet präglas av samarbete, flexibilitet och ett gemensamt ansvar för elevernas utveckling och trygghet. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är legitimerad lärare med behörighet för undervisning i mellanstadiet. Vi ser att du: har erfarenhet av undervisning i årskurs 4–6 har god förmåga att skapa struktur, arbetsro och tydlighet i klassrummet har ett relationellt förhållningssätt och kan bygga trygga relationer med elever är flexibel och prestigelös i ditt arbete trivs i samarbete och kan arbeta tätt tillsammans med kollegor

Meriterande är om du har speciallärar- eller specialpedagogisk kompetens eller erfarenhet av arbete med elever i behov av särskilt stöd. Hos oss får du: arbeta i en nära och samarbetsinriktad organisation vara en viktig del i att skapa en hållbar lärmiljö för en större elevgrupp möjlighet att arbeta både undervisande och stödjande engagerade kollegor och en tydlig pedagogisk riktning
