Skolan har ca 190 elever i tre årskurser. Arbetsuppgifter Du kommer att arbeta som grundskollärare på Villstadskolan. Du kommer tillsammans med arbetslaget leda och utveckla det pedagogiska arbetet mot målen i läroplanen. Tjänsten är på 100% eller enligt överenskommelse. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet och att din syn på medarbetarskap överensstämmer med vår. Du är en tydlig ledare, skapar goda lärmiljöer och relationer med elever, vårdnadshavare och kollegor. Du är flexibel och har god kunskap om arbete med elever i behov av olika stöd. Ditt medarbetarskap är djupt förknippat med din förmåga att samarbeta och delta i din och verksamhetens utveckling. Du bemöter alla med vänlighet och hög kvalitet. Du tar ansvar för att göra dig delaktig i verksamhetsfrågor och är lösningsorienterad. Vi tillämpar registerkontroll (utdrag ur belastningsregistret) som en form av lämplighetsprövning för alla som erbjuds anställning i verksamheter där man har en direkt och regelbunden kontakt med barn och ungdomar. Intervjuer görs fortlöpande och tillsättning kan ske under ansökningstiden. Tjänsten tillsätts under förutsättning att erforderliga beslut fattas.
