Varje dag. PO Halland Polisområde Halland är ett av fem polisområden i polisregion Väst med huvudsäte i Halmstad. Polisområdet sträcker sig över sex kommuner och är indelat i fyra lokalpolisområden: Halmstad, Falkenberg, Varberg och Kungsbacka. På polisområdesnivå finns en utredningssektion och ett polisområdeskansli. LPO Kungsbacka Lokalpolisområde Kungsbacka ingår i polisområde Halland. Inom lokalpolisområdet finns det ingripande- och brottsförebyggande verksamhet, utredningsgrupper samt stöd och service. Arbetsuppgifter Lokalpolisområdets grupp för stöd och service har huvudsaklig inriktning mot den interna stöd- och serviceverksamheten. I gruppens arbete ingår lokalpolisområdets servicedesk vars medarbetare tillhandahåller service till allmänheten i form av utfärdande av resehandlingar, hittegodshantering samt anmälningsupptagning som kan innefatta initiala utredningsåtgärder. Vidare ingår ansvar för skötsel och underhåll av lokaler, inköp och beställningar till hela lokalpolisområdet. Stöd och service verksamhet behöver ständigt utvecklas och förbättras för att möta lokalpolisområdets behov i arbetet med att bekämpa den snabbt föränderliga brottsutvecklingen. För att trivas i rollen är det därför viktigt att du är flexibel, har ett genuint samhällsintresse och förmåga att driva och utveckla såväl verksamhet som medarbetare och team. Uppdraget som gruppchef för Stöd och Service Som chef för stöd och service rapporterar du till chefen för lokalpolisområdet samt ingår i dennes ledningsgrupp, där ni tillsammans ansvarar för att uppdrag genomförs samt att driva myndighetens förändrings- och utvecklingsarbete. Du har särskilt ansvar för gruppens verksamhet inom området stöd och service och dess resultat. Som gruppchef företräder du hela Polismyndigheten både internt och externt samt arbetar för att stärka förtroendet för polisverksamheten. Att vara chef och ledare inom Polismyndigheten innebär att skapa trygghet och bygga förtroende genom att utöva ett uppriktigt, modigt och lyhört ledarskap med tillit till andras kompetens och förmåga. Som chef driver du utveckling genom att inspirera och uppmuntra till reflektion och återkoppling på ett sätt som utgår från att vi följer lagen och behandlar människor lika. Du skapar förutsättningar och verkar för goda relationer som bidrar till att vi agerar tillsammans utifrån vad som är bäst för medborgarna och uppdraget som helhet.
