Nu söker SCA Wood i Rundvik en Gruppchef inom underhåll som vill vara med och utveckla arbetssätt, stötta medarbetare och bidra till en stabil och effektiv drift i en av Sveriges ledande skogsindustrier. Om tjänsten Som Gruppchef Underhåll på SCA Wood i Rundvik har du en central roll i den dagliga verksamheten där du leder och fördelar arbetet inom underhållsgruppen. Du arbetar nära både medarbetare och andra funktioner för att säkerställa att underhållsarbetet genomförs på ett säkert, effektivt och strukturerat sätt. Rollen passar dig som vill kombinera teknik, planering och ledarskap i en operativ vardag. Du är närvarande i verksamheten, stöttar teamet i det dagliga arbetet och bidrar till att utveckla rutiner och arbetssätt som skapar en mer stabil drift. Dina arbetsuppgifter I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

Leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet inom underhållsgruppen

Säkerställa att förebyggande, planerat och avhjälpande underhåll genomförs enligt plan

Följa upp arbetsorder och prioriteringar i samverkan med verksamheten

Bidra till att utveckla rutiner, arbetssätt och struktur inom underhållsarbetet

Arbeta aktivt med att förebygga driftstörningar och identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter

Delta i planering och uppföljning av underhållsinsatser

Samordna externa entreprenörer och servicetekniker vid behov

Säkerställa att arbetet bedrivs enligt gällande säkerhets- och arbetsmiljörutiner

Stötta och utveckla medarbetarna i det dagliga arbetet

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet från underhåll, teknik eller produktion i kombination med erfarenhet av att leda människor och skapa struktur i verksamheten. Vi ser gärna att du har:

Teknisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet

Erfarenhet av planering, koordinering eller arbetsledning

God förståelse för drift- och produktionsnära verksamheter

Förmåga att skapa struktur, prioritera och följa upp arbete

Erfarenhet av underhållsarbete inom industriell verksamhet är meriterande

Som person är du engagerad, lösningsorienterad och kommunikativ. Du är trygg i att fatta beslut i vardagen och trivs med att arbeta nära både medarbetare och verksamhet.
