Ägs av kommuner – drivs av engagemang! I 25 år har Gryning erbjudit HVB- och öppenvård för barn, ungdomar och familjer, jour- och familjehem, beroendevård, lägenheter med stöd, insatser mot hedersrelaterat våld och förtryck samt LSS-boende. Vi erbjuder rådgivning och utbildning samt hjälper till med placeringar. Gryning ägs av kommunerna i Västra Götaland via de fyra kommunalförbunden.

Lilla Torp i Göteborg är en akutenhet. Vi tar emot ungdomar i åldern 12-21 år som är i akut behov av placering där den unga av någon anledning inte längre kan vistas i sitt nuvarande sammanhang. Bakgrund för placering kan vara exempelvis eget problembeteende, omsorgsbrist, självskada eller risk att skada andra.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Beroende på din utbildningsbakgrund och tidigare erfarenhet kan det vara aktuellt med olika roller hos oss. Gemensamt för dem är att du i ditt arbete fungerar som ett stöd för våra barn i deras vardagliga rutiner, du skapar trygghet och stabilitet och arbetar i nära samarbete med dina kollegor. Vårt arbete sker på uppdrag av socialtjänsten och i nära samarbete med det nätverk som våra klienter har runt sig. Vi har verksamhet dygnet runt vilket innebär att du kommer att arbeta oregelbundna arbetstider.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig med minst en tvåårig eftergymnasial utbildning, eller en utbildning som motsvarar detta, med inriktning mot socialt arbete, socialpedagogik eller beteendevetenskap. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med målgruppen. Du är en förebild och har förmåga att skapa trovärdiga och stabila relationer. Du är en del i den struktur som tydliggör och härbärgerar barnens problematik och har förmåga att skapa trygghet och förutsägbarhet. Du är flexibel och kan arbeta både dag, kvällar, nätter och helger. Då arbetet innebär resor är körkort B ett krav.

Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 3-6 månader. Arbetstid: Schema.
